We’re full service, with no artist commissions, no contracts, no design or service fees. We don’t do advances or revenue splits and we’re really into low minimum orders and accurate restocks. We’re also flexible and work on a case-by-case basis because no two artists needs are the same.
We’re looking for a Logistics & Production Assistant
general duties*
Liaising with clients, suppliers and the production and online team to plan and manage the delivery of merchandise and tools to warehouses and on tour to venues across the globeManaging relationships with couriers and carriers and suppliers Keeping clients and the team informed of tracking with AfterShip and monitoring for any exceptions and resolving ASAPManaging the short-stay tour merch warehouse and all inventory including POS, iPads and printers and their movements Helping plan tours and restocks with tour managers and artist teamsEnsuring the smooth passage of goods through customs and flagging any potential problems with shipments in advanceEnsuring all costs are accounted for correctly and helping meet tour budgetsManaging all inbound and outbound deliveriesSetting up POS and working with portal* to ensure tours run smoothly with the production teamAssisting all tour-related production Keeping up to date on current ship times and holidays globallyWorking with projections and pricing for tourStocking and restocking tours and online stores with the production team
