Drag-focused management firm Producer Entertainment Group (PEG) is officially expanding their stiletto-shaped footprint in the entertainment industry.

On Thursday (Feb. 1), PEG announced their acquisition of Five Senses Reeling (FSR), a touring and events agency catering to LGBTQ audiences, Billboard can reveal. FSR joins PEG’s growing suite of businesses, including music label PEG Records, SERV Vodka, OUTtv and The PEG Foundation (doing business as “Drag Isn’t Dangerous“).

The new partnership will see PEG take on the majority of FSG’s staff in a merger. In turn, FSG will continue to produce and promote tours for outside artists, while simultaneously acting as an in-house tour management operation handling development, routing and sales for PEG’s growing roster of clients, including drag stars Trixie Mattel, Katya, Bob the Drag Queen, Jinkx Monsoon and more.

In a statement, PEG president and founder David Charpentier hailed the acquisition as a game-changer for the company. “PEG has always had the mission of helping drag and LGBTQIA+ artists achieve unqualified mainstream success, and we are always looking for new strategic partners who share this mission,” he wrote. “Acquiring FSR adds major resources in the touring and artist merchandise space, which is especially important right now given how crowded and competitive the touring space has become for everyone.”

FSR owner Jason Brotman highlighted the two organizations’ past work together on tours like Trixie and Katya Live and the Boulet Brothers’ Dragula tour, saying that the new union seemed like a natural evolution. “Our companies and staff already work hand in hand every day to bring the best possible experience to our clients and their fans around the world … Jacob [Slane, PEG co-owner], David, and I felt that a combining of our entities is an organic next step in ensuring top tier service to queer artists who have worked tirelessly to have a global platform.”

The news comes as PEG grows their music representation wings. In October 2022, PEG signed an administration deal with Warner Chappell Music to launch PEG Music Publishing, the organization’s first music publishing arm.
