Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in the world of venues? Our AEG Presents Venues team is looking for a Project Manager who will co-ordinate many of the Venue projects that are currently underway and those planned for the future.
You’ll co-ordinate key reporting, working with AEG European teams to establish the information, compile into regular reports and include analysis of
Ancillary spend reportsTicketingMarketingSupporting on Revenue Generation opportunities, includingPremium UpgradesFood and Beverage offerings
You’ll also work on New Venue launches, including:
Project Assistance, including co-ordinating meetings; preparing project status updates; tracking key milestones; compiling reports and presentationsCollation of all documents in a co-ordinated manner and being a central point of contactLink in with the proposed Senior Finance Manager to assist with budget tracking and expense reportingProduction of a close out manual for the incoming team
You’ll work on the co-ordination of rolling PPM and capital plans across the estate; assist on the wider review of Venue acquisition; and work alongside the venues on the Guest Experience, including reporting and analysis.
You’ll standardise our Venue Hire Agreements, working alongside the venue teams and Legal to co-ordinate and review.
The role will also be to support with other administrative tasks, including:
Meeting agendas, materials, minute compilation and distributionDiary management for Group Venue Operations DirectorTravel arrangements
We’re looking for someone with relevant project management experience from a events, venues, or hospitality background. You’ll have proven project management skills with the ability to focus and deliver on multiple projects at any given time.
You’ll be able to work with and create relationships with many people at all levels and functions, both inside and outside the business.
You’ll have experience in analysing data and compiling reports and making recommendations.
With strong attention to detail and organisational skills; you’ll have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Teams and SharePoint.
You’ll be solutions focussed, agile and proactively engage in continuous learning and development.

Where: You’ll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Blackfriars rail station and Southwark Tube station on the Jubilee line. You’ll need to be in London two days a week, but this role will involve travel to other venues across the UK.
