AXS, a prominent global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider, are hiring an Implementation manager.

The Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients, in addition to the rollout of new features and functionality to the existing AXS client base.

You will create implementation plans for new clients and coordinate the resources in the execution of the tasks related to the launch on AXS.

You will keep up-to-date on upcoming developments and work to roll out major features to relevant clients. You will understand the platform and how it can be flexed to suit the needs of our clients, understanding that the system is not one size fits all.

You will:

Assess and evaluate client needs for initial scope of projectManage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneouslyDevelop detailed project plans, including comprehensive task lists and realistic timelinesManage client expectations proactively developing long term relationships and rapport with clientsmaintain product knowledge, implementing and training latest features of the product at client site

Our ideal candidate will have expansive entertainment industry knowledge, specifically around venues and or ticketing.

With clear and concise communication skills, you will have excellent client management skills and experience.

In addition, you will be detail-oriented and well-organised with the ability to implement software and/or new features or tools for new and existing clients.

We need a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment while balancing a large range of personalities. Our end result is the expectation that transitions are smooth and customer satisfaction is high.

If you can speak French and or German that would be a bonus. This role will include regular travel and sometimes working at weekends.

You’ll want to raise the bar in this role; we encourage new ideas and innovation and value everyone’s perspective.

Where: You’ll be based at our head office Cottons, 7th Floor West, 47/49 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QN, but the role will involve frequent travel. We offer flexible start and end times and also welcome flexible working conversations.
