About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Account Manager to join our dynamic team at foundation.fm. As the Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our brand partners. Your focus will be on extracting maximum value from existing partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking, female-led enterprise in the music industry.
Responsibilities:
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and innovative collaboration ideas.
• Client Engagement: Regularly communicate with brand partners to understand their goals, needs, and challenges, and provide proactive solutions and support.
• Campaign Optimisation: Work closely with internal teams to optimise existing campaigns, leverage resources effectively, and drive meaningful results for both foundation.fm and our brand partners.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables, tracking performance metrics and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to forecast revenue from existing partnerships and contribute to overall budget planning and management.
• Client Advocacy: Advocate for the needs and interests of brand partners internally, ensuring that their voices are heard and their objectives are aligned with foundation.fm’s mission and values.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
• Account Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth, ideally within the music, media, or entertainment sectors.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue optimisation.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
• Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analysing data and performance metrics to assess partnership effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborative Spirit: Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
