Remi Wolf’s ‘Big Ideas’ UK and Ireland 2024 tour is:

NOVEMBER
28 – LEEDS | O2 Academy Leeds
29 – GLASGOW | Barrowland

DECEMBER
1 – DUBLIN | National Stadium
2 – MANCHESTER | Albert Hall
4 – BRISTOL | O2 Academy Bristol

Wolf previously revealed her new album was about “transition” in a press statement, focusing on her interpersonal relationships.

“I think in writing this record, there was no ounce of my life that was grounded except for this one relationship I have which a lot of the record is about”, she said. “And I love writing about love and the trials and tribulations of love, and of my own mind and living in my own body, so those themes are still running very strong.”

So far, Wolf has released the songs ‘Cinderella’, ‘Toro’ and ‘Alone in Miami’ in anticipation of the album.

We spoke to Remi Wolf back in 2022 to discuss touring with Lorde, saying “do again in a heartbeat”. “Ella’s amazing,” Wolf told us about the New Zealander. “I love the whole team, her whole band was awesome. It was just awesome to be able to go into all these incredible, iconic theatres in the US, and both do [my own] show and watch an incredible show every night.”

Wolf last released her debut album ‘Juno’ in 2021, which NME gave four stars: “Vulnerability and heartbreak knot ‘Buzz Me In’ and ‘Street You Live On’, while ‘Sally’ is steeped in minor tones, making it a welcome respite from the album’s eye-poppingly bright colour palette. These shadowier numbers, where Wolf emotes in a smoky timbre, are the record’s most striking moments.

“Ultimately, what these songs leave is a feeling that, for all the album’s brilliant shine, experimenting with darker styles might not go amiss for what’s next.”

In other news, Wolf has been announced to join Fuji Rock Festival in July this year alongside KraftwerkGirl In Red, Turnstile and more.
