The former IZ*ONE singer released both the single and accompanying visual on June 18. In the music video for ‘Sabotage’, Kwon Eun-bi is cast under a love spell by a stranger and sings of the inescapable impulse of falling hard and fast.

“Boy, that is sabotage / Baby, you really know, really know, know what’s the deal / Oh, that is sabotage / This feel awakening in my deepening heart / ‘Cause when you look at me, look at me, can’t tell what’s real,” she croons on the chorus.

Aside from its title track, the ‘Sabotage’ single album includes two other B-side tracks: ‘Unnatural’ and ‘Bad Blood’. Its also Kwon’s first music release since her August 2023 single album ‘The Flash’.

Prior to her debut as a soloist in 2021, Kwon Eun-bi had been the leader of Korean-Japanese project girl group IZ*ONE, which was formed through the reality series Produce 48. She released her debut mini-album ‘Open’ several months after the group disbanded.

Kwon is scheduled to perform at the first-ever Waterbomb Singapore, which is set to take place on August 24 and 25 at Siloso Beach in Sentosa. The music festival will also feature Chung HaCLJessi, SornVIVIZ and more.

Singapore is one of many next cities Waterbomb will be expanding to for the first time in 2024, alongside Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, Taipei and more. The festival will also return to Bangkok for a second year this September, alongside its usual South Korea and Japan concerts.
