This role is responsible for assisting our sales team and our out of office warehouse.
General tasks
Processing customer orders and creating customs shipping documents and sales invoices / credit notes using our accounting system Sage.Producing monthly sales reports/invoicing for our consignment customers and meeting deadlines.Receiving and completing customers’ requests.Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential failures.Sending weekly sales reports internally.Managing stock levels at consignment warehouses.Liaising with customers and updating them with goods back in stock.General ad hoc duties.
On site training will be provided.
Ideal candidate will have Excel formula knowledge.
