BLACKPINK‘s JENNIE snares Dua Lipa in her glittery web in the trippy video for the K-pop superstar’s solo track “Handlebars.” The dreamy visual for the mid-tempo tune directed by BRTHR (Charli XCX, the Weeknd) dropped on Monday morning (March 10) and it opens with JENNIE using a two-wheeled metaphor to lament her proclivity for falling too far, too fast.

“I trip and fall in love/ Just like a Tuesday drunk/ I always go all in, all in, all in/ Over the handlebars/ Hitting the ground so hard,” JENNIE sings on the chorus of the chilled-out R&B track while wearing a glittery shirt over a metallic mini dress as she strolls through a rain-streaked, neon landscape.

JENNIE spends most of the video laying on her back on an electrified, heart-shaped spider’s web when she’s not taking selfie videos while rolling around on a spinning, round bed. A glowing Dua transports in from another dimension a minute in, languidly singing, “I wonder what you’re doing for tonight and forever/ I could be the rest of your life or whatever/ My lips and your lips, we could press them together,” before the women team up on the soothing chorus: “I trip and fall in love/ Just like a Tuesday drunk/ I always go all in, all in, all in.”

For the rest of the visual the pair croon back-to-back and lounge side-by-side in the giant spider web in a futuristic landscape filled with piles of glitchy monitors and colorful flashing lights. The body meld transforms into a mind meld near the end, when each woman shoots streams of shiny water from their eyes, with the separate rivulets crashing into each other to form a floating, fiery disco ball heart.

“Handlebars” appears on JENNIE’s just-released 15-track debut solo LP, Ruby, which also features collaborations with Childish Gambino, Dominic Fike, Doechii, FKJ and Kali Uchis.
