After Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez break up for the second time, Ben opens up to GQ magazine about his feelings for J. Lo and the reason they broke up, which is … boring? We have the story. Only in February of 2024 did Lopez release her film This Is Me Now: A Love Story, featuring Ben. At the premiere, we caught her saying this:
Jennifer Lopez:
You’ll never know what it is to be able to share this lifetime with someone you love. Thank you.
Tetris Kelly:
Ben, however, still feels positive about Jenny, saying, “This is somebody I have a lot of respect for.” And when asked about the breakup, he continued, “The truth is much more quotidian than probably people would believe or would be interesting.”
Assuming everybody knows that word, he added:
“It’s really, it sounds more like a couple’s therapy session. For one thing, you start going, ‘OK, clearly this person has got these issues. Clearly, they have these issues.’ And the reason I don’t want to share that is just sort of embarrassing. It feels vulnerable.”
Well, we wish both these superstars the best in their future.
