From sold-out Eras Tour shows to Super Bowl cameos, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s every move has been tracked by fans. So when the couple quietly popped up in Montana for dinner with a pal? People took notice.

But it wasn’t just any dinner — or any dinner guest. According to Page Six, in an article published Monday, March 24, the lovebirds were spotted at Lone Mountain Ranch’s members-only Auric Room with sports reporter Erin Andrews, the same friend who helped play matchmaker.

More from Spin:

“Erin is close friends with Taylor and Travis, and Travis even jokingly credits Erin with encouraging Taylor to date him,” a source told the outlet. “They’re all good friends.”

For those in the dark, Andrews, 46, took to her Calm Down podcast with cohost Charissa Thompson in August 2023 to publicly pitch the 35-year-old “Blank Space” singer on dating Kelce, also 35. “Taylor, I don’t know what you’re doing in your life right now besides rocking the world,” the sportscaster said at the time. “Please, try our friend, Travis — he is fantastic.”

Continuing to address Swift at the time, Andrews added, “I know we’re not the best of friends, we’re not even friends, but I consider you one. Take us up on this. Go on a date with this guy. Do it for America.”

While it’s not crystal clear when the duo first linked up, Swift confirmed they began spending time together shortly after the NFL star gave her a shout-out on his podcast in July 2023.

“By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple,” the award-winning artist told Time in December. “I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.” (Swift attended her first Chiefs game in September 2023, when Kansas City played the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium.)
