This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and driven individual to join a busy Artist Management company. ATC Management is a highly respected artist and composer management company with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, and Copenhagen. As representatives of recording artists, songwriters, record producers, and composers our business was founded to provide artists with a new style of representation, bringing an unparalleled level of creative and strategic thinking to our artists. The key focus of the role will be to work alongside a founding partner to support them with all day-to-day management/admin duties on one priority artist.

You will be working on: 

Promoting the artist’s career and managing all their business affairs.Planning international tours. Supporting and advising during the creative process. Strategising plans to build and maintain a strong international fan base.Co-ordinating campaigns around each release including music formats, merchandise, touring etc. Maintaining socials channels in and out of campaign.

Personally you will be responsible for: 

Managing relationships with wider campaign teams including publicists, booking Agents, business managers, labels, tour managers, digital strategists, musicians and crew, lawyers and more.  Daily artist support – including f2f meetings, phone calls, video calls and email.Planning and managing all promotional activities. Interviews, photo shoots, events etc. Reviewing biographies, artwork and press releasesWorking closely with the accounts team, in relation to invoice generation, invoice payment and any other third-party incomeBooking personnel, arranging travel etc.Securing visas, passports and required travel documents.Reviewing sync opportunities as required.Artist diary management.Provide general admin support. Updating artist profile in the office and online. All other reasonable duties as requested.

Excellent attention to detail.Well organised with multi-tasking and time management skills.The ability to remain calm under pressure and during busy periods.A flexible, adaptable and willing approach to work to respond to varying priorities. Capable of working efficiently in a fast-moving environment. A team player able to work effectively alone. High degree of computer literacy – able to use word-processing, database, spreadsheet, Google docs and emails accurately and confidently. At least 2 years of professional-level experience within, ideally, a creative arts organisation.An all round positive person.
