Domino Publishing seeks an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our London team as Assets Coordinator.

ABOUT DOMINO

We are an independent boutique music publishing company. Founded in London in 2005, we now have offices in New York, Los Angeles and Paris. We represent over 60,000 songs from 2,000 independent writers, composers and producers. 1/3 of our writers are signed to Domino Records, while the rest release via indie labels across the world. Our roster contains writers/artists such as Fontaines D.C., Big Thief, Wet Leg, Son Lux, Hot Chip, Jon Hopkins, The Kills, Georgia, and many more.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Supporting the publishing A&R team and reporting to A&R staff. This is a key function for the publishing company as the successful applicant will gather together and maintain a database of all assets for new writers and releases from the A&R team.

Coordinating the collection and distribution of music and news:

getting song splits, WAVs, instrumentals, lyrics, bios, press releases, press shots and other dataupdating and maintaining our websitetracking gigsupdating company’s social mediasending music files including watermarks

Maintenance of our Release Manager database:

uploading new albums and adding artist information and dataensuring such data is ingested into MEWO and DISCOupdating and cleaning existing data

Other responsibilities include:

Organise ticket buys/guestlist spotsRegularly attend gigs to meet our writers and/or their managersTo assist the organisation and presentation of promotional events

REQUIREMENTS
