Grace Kelley, the 28-year-old daughter of country star Wynonna Judd, was arrested in Georgia last week on three misdemeanor counts.
Per Carroll County Jail records, Kelley was booked on Aug. 3 for driving while license suspended or revoked, motorcycle equipment not used properly and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. She was released a day later on $2,750 bond.
Billboard has reached out to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department as well as Judd’s reps for more information.
In April, Kelley, whom Judd shares with ex-husband Arch Kelley III, was taken into custody at Elmore County Jail after she allegedly “exposed her breasts and lower body” at the intersection between Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, Ala., and subsequently refused to identify herself to police. She was then charged with indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, and her bond was set for $1000.
Kelley has a history of legal trouble, stretching all the way back to 2016 when she was arrested for meth possession. In 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating her probation and leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program.
She was reportedly released from jail in late 2022, but was then arrested and jailed in May 2023 for violating an order of protection and restraining order and violating parole, according to The Daily Beast. She was released in just five months later in October 2023.
Kelly also welcomed a daughter, named Kaliyah Chanel, while she was on a temporary leave of absence from jail in March 2022.
