The Linda Lindas have recruited “Weird Al” Yankovic for their latest single, “Yo Me Estreso,” which is set to be featured on the group’s upcoming album, No Obligation.

In the fun corresponding music video, the band plays around and takes part in carnival games while on a funhouse set, all while dress in clown costumes. Weird Al then makes an appearance for his part on the track, playing his accordion.

“‘Yo Me Estreso’ is a song about always being stressed, always being anxious, and thinking that people are mad at you when they really aren’t,” explained band member Bela Salazar in a press statement, per Consequence of Sound. “It was inspired by listening to a lot of corridos, tumbados, banda, and Duranguense, and doing that in our own punk style.”

Weird Al is fresh off the release of his newest song, “Polkamania!” The polka medley features a mash-up of pop hits performed by Yankovic. The song choices range from Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off” and Olivia Rodrigo’s “Vampire” to the Encanto smash “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” and, hilariously, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s “WAP.”

The star hasn’t released an album since 2014’s Mandatory Fun, which made history as the first comedy album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. In 2022, the fictionalized biopic Weird: The Al Yankovic Story was released, and Yankovic co-wrote and co-produced the film.
