The O2 is looking for an Event Ticketing Manager to join their amazing Ticketing team!

You will:

Manage the full ticketing event cycle for your individual roster of shows. From manifest through to on sale and event day requirements to include ticketing settlementBe responsible for the movement of ticketing inventory between internal venue allocations and external 3rd party allocations to retain required venue sell through percentage.Monitor ticket sales and ensure these are maximised at all times for both on and off manifested inventoryLiaise with Promoter ticketing departments and event organisers to ensure all their ticketing requirements are met.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has substantial experience in ticketing (Account Management/Client Services Manager/Ticketing Manager/Box Office).Has experience of working for another venue, ticket agent or for a Leading Concert PromoterHas a good working knowledge of ticketing systemsHas relevant experience of producing manifests and managing on-sales
