After spending the better part of the past two years on the road, Metallica announced their M72 tour will continue in 2025, beginning next April with an appearance at the Sick New World festival in Las Vegas.
Outside of that performance and two sets at Columbus, Oh.,’s Sonic Temple in May, Metallica will largely play two-night stands in each respective city without repeating songs played the previous night. The tour wraps at the end of June with two nights at Denver’s Invesco Field. The band is also headed to Australia and New Zealand next year, with dates to be announced.
