Charli xcx, Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter — three of the top female artists in the world — will assemble to headline the Primavera Sound festival, which will take place at Barcelona’s Parc del Forum from June 5-7, 2025. The top of the bill will also feature LCD Soundsystem, FKA twigs, HAIM, Jamie xx, Fontaines D.C., Beach House, IDLES, Clairo, Turnstile, Sturgill Simpson, Floating Points, Stereolab and Spiritualized.
Other highlights include beabadoobee, Cap’n Jazz, Caribou, Cat Power performing her mid-’60s-era Bob Dylan tribute, Denzel Curry, the Breeders’ Kim Deal with her solo band, Magdalena Bay, MJ Lenderman, Momma, Nourished by Time, Parcels, Paul Kalkbrenner, TV on the Radio, the Jesus Lizard, Wet Leg and Yasmin Williams.

“There are definitely things that only happen at Primavera Sound,” organizers said. “The fact of having three female artists headlining a festival like this is especially symbolic if we consider that they also lead an artistic line-up that is gender-balanced. This has been the hallmark of Primavera Sound since the unforgettable 2019 edition, which for the first time balanced a historically uneven scale. This closes, finally.”
Details have yet to be revealed for Primavera a la Ciutat, a week’s worth of club and smaller venue shows around the city featuring many of the same acts playing the proper festival.
