Janet Jackson has extended her residency in Las Vegas.
The ‘Rhythm Nation’ singer announced that she will be delivering a career-spanning show at Resorts World Las Vegas last August.
The residency kicked off on December 30, 2024 with the shows continuing on January 3 and 4, followed by a month-long pause before resuming on February 5-15.
Now, the residency has been expanded with a further six dates on May 21, 24, 25, 28, 30 and 31. Tickets for these performances will go on sale this Friday (January 19), at 10am PT (6pm GMT) and can be purchased here.
“There’s no better way to kick off the new year than with the return of Janet Jackson in her exclusive residency at the award-winning Resorts World Theatre,” commented Bobby Reynolds, senior vice president of AEG Presents Las Vegas, in a statement announcing the residency’s extension via Billboard.
“Having the opportunity to experience Janet cap off 2024 with back-to-back performances of her iconic hits over New Year’s week was an unforgettable experience for her fans, and we look forward to having her showcase her unparalleled talents in a total of 12 more performances through this May.”
