Taylor Swift attends the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards

Taylor Swift has gone viral after footage of her tipping employees at the Grammys emerged.

The moment took place last week, as Swift was seen leaving the awards ceremony with her entourage. During fan-captured footage, the pop star is seen wearing a glittering mini dress and combat boots, splintering off from her group to go and speak with workers.

“Thank you so much for all your hard work,” she said, speaking to four employees who were stationed near the doors. “We appreciate you so much,” she added, handing each an unknown amount of money and showing her gratitude for their assistance on the night.

Each worker was seen thanking her, before she sprinted off to join the rest of her group.

Footage of the moment has only emerged now, over a week since the 2025 awards ceremony was held in Los Angeles. On the night, Swift was up for six trophies following the release of her latest album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, but ended up walking out of the event empty-handed.

Check out the footage of her talking to the employees below.

The clip comes just hours after the pop star went viral again, this time for her appearance at the LIX Super Bowl. While at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans over the weekend – where the Kansas City Chiefs went head-to-head with the Philadelphia Eagles – the singer was put on the jumbotron, and her reaction spread across social media when the crowd booed her.

Fans knew the pop star would be attending the game to support boyfriend Travis Kelce after an interview emerged with the athlete’s brother – former Philadelphia Eagles centre, Jason Kelce.

When the ‘Midnights’ singer received the reaction on the night, she was seen glancing around at those in her suite – Ice Spice and the Haim sisters, Este, Danielle, and Alana — and asking: “What’s going on?”

The footage of her at the Grammys, however, isn’t the only time that she has made headlines for her generosity.

Back in December the singer turned heads after news broke that she had given the crew members on her ‘Eras’ tour about $197million (£152million) in bonuses. Months earlier, she was confirmed as having given out over $55million (£43million) in bonuses to the crew members working on the massive trek.

Mike Scherkenbach, who ran the concert transportation company Shomotion, was one of many production crew members to receive bonuses of $100,000 (£77,000) each and shared how the bonus was life-changing for some of the individuals.

Before then, she was praised after it came out that she was quietly making donations to food banks in US cities where she was playing shows for her tour, and it came out the following year that she was doing the same in the UK. For the latter, she helped over 1,400 food banks in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff and London.

As well as helping food banks and employees working on the ‘Eras Tour’, Swift also donated $250,000 (£200,000) to a children’s poverty charity in Kansas City, Missouri at the end of 2024.

That same month saw the singer wrap up her all-conquering ‘Eras’ World Tour with the final show in Vancouver on December 8, and it was certified as the highest-grossing tour of 2024 – beating off competition from Coldplay, Bruce Springsteen, The Rolling Stones, Madonna and more.
