JADE gave an episodic performance of her single ‘Angel Of My Dreams‘ at the BRIT Awards – see the footage below.
The former Little Mix singer arrived at the ceremony last night (March 2) wearing a full wedding dress and joined by her ‘music manager husband’ – the ghoulish, industry exec character that rules over her in the music video for her debut solo single.
Later in the show, she took to the stage to perform ‘Angel Of My Dreams’ in a staggering, theatrical performance that spanned five ‘Acts’, opening with her wedding to the evil manager and descending into multiple costume changes and detailed choreography.
The performance culminates in a dramatic death, before she returns as an angel, flying above the stage. Check it out below.
JADE also picked up the award for Best Pop Act – her first BRIT Award as a solo act – and thanked her “Little Mix sisters” during her speech.
After her win, she told NME that “the night couldn’t have gone any better”, and hinted that more music is coming “very soon”.
Dua Lipa, The Last Dinner Party and Ezra Collective were each up for four awards, while Myles Smith received nods in three categories, and he was previously announced as the winner of the 2025 Rising Star award.
Among the other performers on the night were Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Fender, Teddy Swims, The Last Dinner Party, Myles Smith, Lola Young, Ezra Collective and Jorja Smith. Shaboozey had been announced but was forced to pull out.
In other news, JADE has been announced as the third female headliner for this year’s Mighty Hoopla festival in London. She appears on the top of the bill alongside Kesha and Ciara, who were confirmed last October.
Last year saw ‘Angel Of My Dreams’ land at Number 5 on NME‘s 50 best songs of 2024 list, where the single was described as “absolutely riveting”.
