“Zayn and I do our custody schedules months in advance,” she told the outlet before she noted, “That doesn’t mean that it doesn’t change here and there, but we help each other out and have each other’s backs.”
The two first started dating in 2015 and had an on-and-off relationship for six years. They reunited one last time in 2020 and welcomed their daughter, Khai, in September of that same year. The Victoria’s Secret Angel and One Direction singer finally ended things in 2021, with many reports indicating that Gigi’s mother, Yolanda, was involved in their breakup.
The supermodel also acknowledged the fact that her relationship with the father of her child will likely be closely examined by fans during her chat with Vogue and told the outlet, “At the end of the day, we’re not interested in giving everyone our whole story.” She then went on to add, “What we are interested in is raising our daughter together, with so much respect for each other, and not just as co-parents, but what we’ve been through together.”
