Role Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced creative and self-motivated Account Manager to join our DIABOLICAL team in London.
DIABOLICAL has been part of the music industry for over 30 years working on the marketing needs of over 200 clients ranging from the largest of the majors to the teeniest of the independents and we love what we do. Clients include Universal, Sony, Warner, Live Nation, Ninja Tune and Broadwick Live amongst many many others.
The person in this role will actively build on these existing relationships as well as form new ones. This role is perfect for someone with experience in the UK music industry who enjoys presenting, networking, building client relationships, winning new business and is as passionate as we are about the street and our clients.
You will manage and develop your own portfolio of music clients as well as actively seek out new opportunities and briefs from record labels, tour promoters and festivals. We need someone who is a confident presenter, networker, and salesperson. Someone who is knowledgeable about the music industry and the local scene, who is excited about the world of music and street culture. Someone who can create strategies to approach individual clients to sell in our services.
What You’ll be Doing:
Account management
- Form and manage client relationships both existing and new
- Consistently provide excellent client service
- Writing proposals and presentations in response to briefs
- Plan, manage and implement campaigns from start to finish
- As part of a team deliver problem free, well-planned projects to the highest standard
Creative Studio
- Develop project management skills to ensure clients needs are met
- Idea generation and developing experiential, stunt, and ambient ideas as part of a team
- Write and manage budgets to ensure profits are maintained
- In conjunction with Creative Studio, effectively plan, manage and implement creative campaigns
Business Development
- Develop project management skills to ensure clients needs are met
- Maintain clear understanding of team targets and monthly/quarterly/yearly sales
- Respond to new clients in timely manner
- Support outreach, by identifying potential new clients
- Organise presentations to introduce our services and assess client needs
- Ensure all introductory meetings are followed up, carrying out any action discussed
- Research and maintain knowledge of intdustry trends
Overall
- Join our growing business and help our development as the leading creative advertising specialist
- Support other team members as and when required
About You:

The following would be advantageous:
- Understanding of outdoor advertising
- Experience of experiential and ambient implementation
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the UK’s main artists and industry.
